YaoMedica 005 BI YAN WAN – Nasal Breeze – tincture 50 ml

The Nasal Breeze tincture helps open the upper passages of the respiratory system associated with Fei Qi (Lung energy 肺气). In traditional Chinese medicine, it is linked to patterns involving blockages in the respiratory tract and impaired movement of Qi (气) and Tan (痰, phlegm).

The formula traditionally releases the exterior (Biao 表) and helps dispel pathogenic factors such as Feng Re (风热 – wind-heat) or Feng Han (风寒 – wind-cold). The tincture is based on the classical TCM formula Bi Yan Wan (鼻炎丸).

Composition

Cang Er Zi (苍耳子), Xin Yi Hua (辛夷花), Fang Feng (防风), Lian Qiao (连翘), Ye Ju Hua (野菊花), Wu Wei Zi (五味子), Jie Geng (桔梗), Bai Zhi (白芷), Zhi Mu (知母), Jing Jie (荆芥), Gan Cao (甘草).

Dosage

Shake well before use; slight cloudiness is natural. The daily dose is approximately 1 drop per 1 kg of body weight, divided into two doses (morning and evening). Take on an empty stomach, ideally at least 30 minutes before meals or one hour after meals. The dose may be increased after consultation.

Effects according to traditional Chinese medicine

In traditional Chinese medicine, this formula is associated with releasing the exterior (Biao 表) and expelling Feng Re (风热) or Feng Han (风寒). It is traditionally linked to opening the upper orifices connected to the Lungs Fei (肺) and relieving blockages of Qi (气) and Tan (痰) in the respiratory system.
