Loyalty system
By using the loyalty system, you can reduce the price of your purchases in multiple ways. Information about orders and reward points collected at different occasions is stored in your user account, which means that you must be registered and logged in during purchases to use the benefits of the loyalty system.
Reward points for purchases
With every purchase, you earn reward points that you can use as a discount in your next purchase. Specifically, we will give you back 5% of value of every purchase in the form of reward points that you can use as a discount in your next order. For example, if you buy goods for 100 EUR, you will receive 5 EUR back in the form of points, which you can use as a discount during your next purchase. You can accumulate points, but only for half a year. After half a year, the points expire and can no longer be used. If you have points on your account from multiple orders, only those points that have reached the age of half a year expire.
Reward points for product reviews
You also earn points for product reviews. We value your feedback and it is also very valuable to other customers. You get reward points worth approx. 0.15 EUR for assigning stars and reward points worth approx. 0.40 EUR for an approved review. Please provide quality reviews with relevant value. Reviews are subject to approval.
Quantity discounts
For larger purchases, you get quantity discounts in addition to the other discounts. Specifically, they are discounts of 3, 5, 7, 10 and 15% for purchases worth from 126, 210, 294, 420 and 630 EUR (including VAT). Free shipping
Various delivery methods are available for free above a certain order value. The shopping cart always informs you how far you are from free shipping.
