2009 Ying Kee Ripe Po-Meai Pu-erh - brick 250 g | Po Meai Pu Er Shu Cha Zhuan - Option: 50 g
This is a very nice Menghai area ripe pu-erh tea brick from a Hong Kong legend Ying Kee Tea House. It's been aged in both Menghai (3 years) and then Hong Kong, giving it a nice aged taste that is sweet, creamy, and fruity without any wet pile taste or wet storage funk. The leaf grade material used is a blend of larger leaf grades giving it a mellow taste, and a bright clear tea brew. It can be steeped 6 to 9 times or more with a typical gong fu style approach. More
