This highly oxidized Peach Oolong offers a smooth taste that is intense in its sweetness, that in many ways it is reminiscent of red tea. It has been flavoured by an essense from real peaches, which makes this tea pleasant to drink both cold and hot. The amber liquor caresses the taste buds with fruity and sweet, slightly toasted notes but the typical attributes of high mountian Taiwanese oolong remain obvious. Its leaves are rather tightly rolled with colors ranging from brown to ochre. A fragrance of peaches is dominant immediately after opening a tea sachet , although the explosion of aromas occurs by infusing the leaves in water and letting them open little by little: notes of peach, roasted and mineral notes, hints of dark bread crust and milk chocolate on the finish.
