Experience the vibrant harmony of orthodox Assam black tea and fragrant pieces of natural ginger (3–5 mm). This blend combines the strength and depth of India’s finest Assam teas with the invigorating warmth of sun-dried ginger, creating a cup that awakens the senses and soothes the body.

The base tea is produced in the traditional orthodox style, using carefully hand-plucked leaves from the fertile plains along the Brahmaputra River in northeastern India. The leaves are fully oxidized and expertly rolled, developing the signature malty, full-bodied flavor that Assam is renowned for.

Into this robust foundation, we add precisely cut ginger pieces, chosen for their aromatic intensity and natural sweetness. Their size — 3 to 5 mm — allows the ginger’s essential oils to infuse gradually during brewing, bringing a clean, spicy brightness without overwhelming the tea’s character.

The result is a balanced, warming infusion with a rich amber liquor and a layered taste profile:

  • Initial notes of malt, baked bread, and molasses,

  • followed by the zesty heat of ginger,

  • and a smooth, lingering finish with hints of honey and spice.

Perfect as a morning energizer or an afternoon comfort tea, this blend pairs beautifully with milk or honey, yet remains elegant and complex when enjoyed pure.
