Recommended dosage

Standard dose:
1–3 capsules per day

Increased dose:
3–10 capsules per day

Take ideally on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before meals or 60 minutes after meals, with water or light tea. For children, dosage should be adjusted according to age. Increased vitamin C intake is recommended when using medicinal mushrooms.
