Dosage

Take capsules on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after meals) with water or mild green tea. For children, the dosage should be reduced according to age. When using medicinal mushrooms, we recommend increasing vitamin C intake, which improves the absorption of active substances – for example, in the form of Acerola extract.
Standard dose:
1–2 capsules daily

Increased dose:
3–10 capsules daily

1 capsule contains 0.5 g of mushroom extract. It is advisable to consult a doctor or a practitioner of Chinese medicine. We recommend taking the capsules for 5 days each week, with a 2-day break.

Auricularia contains large amounts of minerals, vitamins, polysaccharides – beta glucans, and fiber. It is also a source of essential amino acids, unsaturated fatty acids, antioxidant melanin, and many other substances. According to Chinese medicine, it disperses Xue Yu (blood stasis), which makes it suitable during long car rides or flights. Our Auricularia is grown on a substrate composed of sawdust, organic wheat bran, cane sugar, and natural gypsum.
