Dosage

Take capsules on an empty stomach (at least 20 minutes before a meal or 30 minutes after), with water or weak green tea. For children, the dosage is proportionally reduced according to age.


Standard dosage:
1-3 capsules daily

1 capsule contains 0.5g of mushrooms and herbs. We recommend taking it 5 days a week and skipping 2 days.

About MycoBalance

MycoBalance is a balanced blend of Chinese herbs and mushrooms, based on the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine. Its main task is to support Zheng Qi. Instead of Zheng Qi, we can say vitality, life force, or strong immunity. MycoBalance has two directions of action. First, it supports the formation of Qi and Xue (blood), meaning it supplements the energy and matter a person needs for proper functioning. Second, according to Chinese medicine, it significantly stimulates Wei Qi (our defense system), which is then better able to defend against external invaders and simultaneously cleanse the body of invaders that have already entered. The blend contains the mushrooms Reishi, Cordyceps, Shiitake, and Enoki. The herbs are Ren Shen, Huang Qi, Dang Gui, Da Zao, and Acerola. In other words, it's the best of Chinese medicine for strengthening both Qi and blood.
