Cui Luo is the spiral green tea produced in Yuanling of West Hunan . It is made of one bud and two leaves plucked in an organic tea garden in Liang Shui Jie at the altitude of approx. 1000 m. The garden is surrounded by a deep forest pretty much isolated from any possible source of pollution. The tea cultivar planted in the tea garden is seed growing Fuding Xiao Ye. The tea was plucked just before the Qing Ming festival, and processed into the spiral shape. The tea gives vivid green brew thanks to a very tender tea material harvested in early Spring. So is named as Cui Luo, Jade Snail. The tea offers fresh vegetal flavour and its taste is mild mellow. More
