A very solid black (red) tea from the Zhengde region of the Fujian province of China. Lightly chopped leaves can offer both a very light and a very strong infusion depending on the amount of leaves used. Its character may resemble higher quality teas from Assam or Taiwanese black teas. In a subtly spiced taste, you will find baked fruit or gingerbread in a pinch of honey.
