A fruit blend inspired by fruits growing in French Polynesia, specifically on the island of Bora Bora. It contains hibiscus, apple, papaya, currant, elderberry, raspberries, strawberries, sunflowers and cornflower flowers. Its taste is distinctly sweet, with longer steeping the hibiscus with its sour taste comes through. This fruit drink is delicious both without any adjustments or, if you like it sweet, with honey or brown sugar. The taste is excellent hot or cold, on hot summer days with ice. The infused fruit is still full of flavor and can be eaten with a spoon, e.g. with ice cream. More
