Hunan province is well known as the home of Golden Flower Hei Cha, although this green tea also comes from the organic garden in the Anhua district. It is based on the large leaf Yuntaishan Daye 云台山大叶 cultivar. Its attractive shape of a pine needle was achieved by careful baking and multi-step twisting.
