Shou Wu Pian is a traditional herbal formula of Traditional Chinese Medicine based on the well-known herb He Shou Wu (Polygonum multiflorum). In Chinese medical terminology this formula is associated with nourishing the vital essence known as Jing and supporting harmony between the Liver and Kidneys.
According to the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Liver and Kidneys are considered an important foundation of vitality and longevity.
