Run Chang Wan – Intestinal Moistening and Natural Movement (润肠丸)

Run Chang Wan is a classical herbal formula of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The name can be translated as “Moisten the Intestines Pill.” In Chinese medical terminology this formula is associated with supporting the natural movement of the intestines and moistening the intestinal environment in situations where dryness develops.
