| Jasmine tea is the oldest and best known fragrant Chinese tea. It originates from the Chinese province of Hunnan, where it was known as early as during the reign of the Sung dynasty 700 years ago. Jasmine blossoms are gathered shortly before blooming and layered onto the harvested tea and left overnight. The tea absorbs all the aroma of the blossoms, which are further added to tea only as decoration. This process is repeated with several batches of jasmine petals. The jasmine tea Phoenix is served with food, and thanks to its low price is present in all Chinese families. It produces a refined, fresh jasmine taste and aroma. |

| Prepare tested water for the tea infusion with which you have experience, or use ordinary tap water which has been left standing for a sufficient period, preferably overnight, ideally rid of chlorine. Rinse the teapot and cups with hot water. Use approx. 2g of tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons) for each 150ml of infusion or to taste. Brew the necessary quantity of tea in hot water at a temperature of 75-85°C for a period of 1 minute for the first and second infusions. With further infusions progressively extend the brewing time. |
