A heterogeneous mixture of upper leaves of the tea plant and buds, which makes every cup of tea original. This white tea, frequently referred to as the tea of “wisdom” due to its extensive white plumage, is available in our store for a very favourable price. It is suitable for everyday drinking not only thanks to its price, but mainly due to its high content of active substances which white tea contains to an even greater degree than green tea. In comparison with White peony it is harvested later, its infusion is darker and taste stronger.

Brewing guide
Prepare tested water for the tea infusion with which you have experience, or use ordinary tap water which has been left standing for a sufficient period, preferably overnight, ideally rid of chlorine. Rinse the teapot and cups with hot water. White teas are exceptionally subtle, and so to obtain a more distinctive taste it is necessary to use more leaves than for other tea varieties. Use approximately 4g of tea leaves (2-3 teaspoons) for each 150ml of tea, or to your own taste. Brew the necessary amount of tea in hot water at a temperature of 75-85°C for approx. 1-2 minutes for the first infusion. Gradually extend the infusion time for further infusions.
