| 20-year broken Pu-erh tea, which is also available in our store as a 330g cake in the limited series ®Reserved. Keeping in mind that there are eleven quality classes of Pu-erh teas, Grade 1 indicates that this is a tea from the oldest tea plants with a homogenous quality of leaves. It is necessary to add that this delicacy will be appreciated only by a genuine tea expert and lover of Pu-erh teas, who is capable of distinguishing the differences from other teas of this category and quality, for whom the act of tasting itself is not influenced by prejudices springing from the relatively high price of this tea. This is available on the market only in a limited quantity. |

| Prepare tested water for the tea infusion with which you have experience, or use ordinary tap water which has been left standing for a sufficient period, preferably overnight, ideally rid of chlorine. Rinse the teapot and cups with hot water. Prepare tea leaves in the teapot or cup so that there is half to one teaspoon of tea leaves for each cup. Pour on hot water at a temperature of 85-90°C (a few seconds after boiling) and leave to brew for a period of 30-60 seconds for the first and second infusions, 90-120 seconds for the third and fourth infusions. Pour only as much tea as you will consume immediately, do not keep for a longer period, otherwise a large quantity of tannins will be released into the brew. Do not use a metal strainer, this will diminish the energy and biological value of the beverage. |

| Nie som žiadny odborník na Pu-erh a ako píšete na svojom webe, je len pre znalcov, no napriek tomu som ho chcel vyskúšať. Nebudem ho ani urážať porovnávaním s tým, čo mi doposiaľ ako pu-erh predávali (preto som začal pátrať na internete čo iné sa dá kúpiť). Je to naozaj veľmi špecifický, silný čaj. A aj keď asi nedokážem odborne jeho kvalitu ohodnotiť, mám proste pocit, že všetko čo som doposiaľ ako pu-erh pil obsahovalo asi len nejakú odpornú, hnusnú pridanú arómu, ktorá mala špecifickú zemitú chuť pu-erh pripomínať. Takže aj keď je to ako nalievať kvalitné archívne víno niekomu kto pozná len tie zázraky z krabice budem si ho veľmi rád popíjať a objavovať ho. Veď na tom nič zlé nie je. Je tak chuťovoaj vôňou mimoriadny, špecifický a mohutný, že som proste trochu zaskočený aj nadšený súčasne. Čo dodať. |
