Lychee Black Tea

| This black tea is perfumed with the peel of tropical lychee, which is popular mainly in Asia. Immediately upon opening the packet and subsequently during the preparation and drinking of this tea, you are entirely overwhelmed by the very pleasant, fresh fruit aroma of lychees. The infusion has a dark red colour and a refined, sweet taste reminiscent of honey, which preserves its subtlety even upon pouring a larger quantity of tea. It can be served as an excellent chilled drink and is usually a basic ingredient for the preparation of the popular Taiwanese drink Tapioca (Boba). |

| Prepare tested water for the tea infusion with which you have experience, or use ordinary tap water which has been left standing for a sufficient period, preferably overnight, ideally rid of chlorine. Rinse the teapot and cups with hot water. Use approx. 2g of tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons) for each 150ml of infusion or to taste. Brew the necessary quantity of tea in hot water at a temperature of 100°C (immediately after boiling) for a period of 1 minute for the first and second infusions. |

| Vůně opravdu vynikající, ale chuť není zcela idealní. Ale i tak velice dobrý čaj..

| Voňavo - sladce - trpko - jemná chuť a přesládlá až téměř jakoby umělá vůně ještě suchých lístků asi není pro každého a já si tento čaj koupil spíše ze zvědavosti, nicméně věřím, že své příznivce si určitě najde... Z nezaujatého pohledu hodnotím tento čaj celkově jako hodně zajímavý a chuťově jako dosti experimentální...
