| Huo Shan Huang Ya in the "Special" quality class provides an opportunity to taste a legendary yellow tea for a reasonable price. Yellow shoots from the Huo Shan mountain range is a tea highly rated by the Chinese, and is frequently presented worldwide. It is known for the orthodox traditional procedures used in its cultivation, harvesting and subsequent processing. This is a tea which has received a great deal of media attention over the last ten years, an example of the links of China to its history and traditions. Huo Shan Huang Ya is often exhibited and awarded at international trade fairs, and in China is regarded as a valuable gift. The tea contains a very small quantity of caffeine, but on the other hand a large quantity of active substances with beneficial medicinal properties. |

| Prepare tested water for the tea infusion with which you have experience, or use ordinary tap water which has been left standing for a sufficient period, preferably overnight, ideally rid of chlorine. Rinse the teapot and cups with hot water. Use approx. 2-3g of tea leaves (2 teaspoons) for each 150ml of infusion or to taste. Brew the necessary quantity of tea in hot water at a temperature of 70-80°C for a period of 1 minute for the first and second infusions. With further infusions progressively extend the brewing time. |

| Delikatni, lehce "chlorofilova" chut. Nejchutnejsi je druhy nalev (70C / 1 min.; 75C / 2 min.; 80C / 2,5 - 3 min.). Temer zadny kofein a nevtirava chut mi dava jistotu, ze spanek se dostavi presne v ten okamzik, kdy chci.
