Very high quality white tea with a large proportion of plumed white tea buds. A certain proportion of the tea leaves loses the delicacy of e.g. White-haired peony Superior, and instead contributes to a stronger taste and more pronounced aroma. Mu Dan Wang is a tea with a high proportion of active substances with beneficial health properties, and is an ideal tea for an everyday early morning drink. The distinctive natural aroma evokes an early evening mood in a newly-cut meadow, where a fresh breeze blows in the aroma of dried blossom, grass and herbs, sweetening the experience beneath the still hot setting sun. The infusion is light yellow, the taste refined but distinct. Mu Dan Wang is ideal for moments when you do not feel the need for a striking, rich tea taste, but when only the buds of an orthodox white are not sufficient to bring relaxation. This tea has strong properties for internally cooling the organism, and thus is an ideal drink for refreshment on a hot summer day.

Brewing guide
Prepare tested water for the tea infusion with which you have experience, or use ordinary tap water which has been left standing for a sufficient period, preferably overnight, ideally rid of chlorine. Rinse the teapot and cups with hot water. White teas are exceptionally subtle, and so to obtain a more distinctive taste it is necessary to use more leaves than for other tea varieties. Use approximately 4g of tea leaves (2-3 teaspoons) for each 150ml of tea, or to your own taste. Brew the necessary amount of tea in hot water at a temperature of 75-85°C for approx. 1-2 minutes for the first infusion. Gradually extend the infusion time for further infusions.

Lahodný jemný čaj který je vhodný popíjet v horkých letních měsících. Má příjemné ochlazující účinky. Má lehce nasládlou chuť , tudíž není třeba tento čaj jakkoliv doslazovat! Je to král mezi čaji.
